All orders placed over $500.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by Spectrum Software, Inc. Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Spectrum Software, Inc. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks - Spectrum Software, Inc., accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Spectrum Software, Inc., cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.

You will be charged $25.00 for any shipment that is refused. Spectrum Software, Inc., does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

Ground Shipping - Estimated Shipping 3 to 7 Business Days Shipping and handling charges for the first unit is $ 2.95. For additional units in the same order, the shipping and handling charge is $ 0.95 for each unit.

Products may be returned to Spectrum Software, Inc., for replacement or refund in the following manner: Returns to Spectrum Software, Inc., must be made within 15 days of the invoice date. Any return of our software will be considered for refund only if it is unopened. Non-defective software that has been opened will not be accepted by Spectrum Software, Inc., for refund. Defective software may be returned for exchange with the same product only. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. All refunds for unopened software exclude shipping and handling charges. All refunds for unopened software will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. If you are seeking replacement of a defective product, you must place a new order for the identical product. When Spectrum Software, Inc., receives the returned defective product, you will be credited in full for the defective product plus the original shipping cost. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All defective software must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all registration card and manual. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.

You agree that any legal action brought against Spectrum Software, Inc., shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the deecee.net site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Atlanta, Georgia.
